I'm actually here right now, we woke up because of a loud noise and banging of the door, other guests are talking like they're screaming at each other at 6:00am. I called the frontdesk to do something about it but it seems nothing happened. A night before today guest in adjacent room is watching TV in full volume and door open!! The location is nice but I can't have peace!

This is not our first visit to Davao City for work so we decided to find a new place. And we found "one", exactly what we needed and we are very satisfied on our stay. The staff was very attentive and genuinely helpful. Their efforts should not go unnoticed, especially Ms. April Mae. The management have put a great team that makes customers respected and valued. Surely will continue to stay at this hotel on our next visits.

My husband and I decided to spend the night in town after our long landtrip from Surigao City, instead of going straight to my mother's house in Mintal. We wanted a hotel in the same way to Camella office so we surveyed the JP Laurel St. in Bajada and finally spotted this hotel. It looked new and nice so we stopped and booked a one night stay.

The hotel in general is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They may have an everage room facilities but they surely have great quality of service. It is worth-a-try hotel for budget travellers visiting and exploring Davao City. We checked out early in the morning so haven't tried their continental breakfast. But our stay is worth its price.

This is the 2nd hotel me and my friend stayed in when we were in Davao and it was a very good decision that we transferred here. Rooms are clean and spacious that comes in an affordable price (with free breakfast). Hotel staffs are friendly and really gives good recommendation on places you can visit in Davao. The location is just a few blocks from malls (Abreeza, Gaisano), restaurants and party places (we indulge on our alcohol needs in Business Class in Torres St).
The only drawback we had was the food, we were given a choice of either a Filipino (rice, scrambled eggs and longganisa) or American (pancakes, scrambled eggs and ham) breakfast and we took the latter since we were not that hungry. The food came out cold, so my partner had to request to have it re-heated.

El Bajada Hotel is a new hotel in Davao City.

> It sits in the middle of Gaisano Mall of Davao and Victoria Plaza and Abreeza mall.
> "Walking distance" away from Torres st - one of the Party Areas in Davao.
> It has affordable clean rooms.
> Plus, at the hotel lobby, you'll find Thai Boran Massage and spa - they provide great service at an affordable price.
> Offers Free breakfast
> Can have additional 1 bed (P350.00 as of April 2013)

For improvement:
> Free breakfast not that yummy. Better if you order instead (its affordable anyway).

Room Tip: There are rooms facing the street, rooms without windows and rooms with windows facing a wall .
