I am astounded by the maturity of the dining scene in Cebu. Maybe it's because of the big expat community, but I find Cebu's choices more refined.
Stopped by for lunch yesterday and am very impressed with the place. It has a pretty good wine cellar, excellent ambiance and the menu is pretty extensive.
The food was pretty good, but the vinaigrette dressing on the prawn and mango salad was too sour and the mangoes which were supposed to be supposed to compliment the dressing, were not sweet enough (maybe because mango season is ending). The grilled chicken was pretty good and the prosciutto arugula pizza was heavenly.
Dessert was panna cotta with different toppings and was a light and refreshing end to a good meal complimented by a fresh cup of espresso.
Good place and highly recommended.
