Iconic as usual and always been beautiful too look at especially the paintings in the ceiling. Sometimes the peddlers can be annoying but you'll get used to it. Just beware of robbers and pickpockets.

This monument & religous icon is located in an open park, watch out for the persitent touts trying to sell you pearls just outside the "fenced off or common park area"

This was an interesting relic, unfortunately the whole building is currently braced since the earthquake last year. It is symbolic of the original which it is rumored may have been made of bamboo. Worth a visit if you happen to be in the area.

If you're excited by the fact that it is a place that history was made, then, no problem seeing it, at least if you're passing by or something. But, to be honest, for me, it was nothing but wasting time.

Bringing back my history subject. The place was amazing because of its historical value. The area was not that safe and it was very dirty
