A very unique hotel in Banilad, Cebu city. Stayed there two different times in our visit to Filippines, on our way to Malapasqua 2 nights and on our way back to Hong Kong. First visit was not that comfortable as in Cebu City there was a Sinulog festival, which we knew, though Hotel Henry was not in the Sinulog area the bar next doors held a huge party in the parking lot between Henry and their building. A very loud music was play untill 3 o'clock. We left complaints about this to the hotel, and took our dissatisfaction up again when we visited them the second time. We were nicely compensated for this dissatisfaction after having conversation with their Sales Manager. So all in all picture of the hotel was postitive.
Rooms very big an unique, a bit odd thing was that the second room didn't have a bathroon/toilet door. Beds were big and comfortable and rooms were also spacious.
Breakfast was not really anything worth mentioning. No fresh vegetables nor other healthy food was offers, just some fruits. Whitest bread we have ever seen and almost everything else was full of sugar.
Location was ok, but one needed to take taxi (Taxis are really cheap anyway) to go, e.g. to Ayalan shopping center. There were good restaurants in the hotel's neighbourhood.More
