This hotel is appalling - the room I booked was supposed to be a 'superior' - I would have loved to have seen the standard room - there was only a hanging rack fixed to the corner of one wall and no wardrobe or storage of any kind. The room was bare with only the bed and a very small circular table with 2 stools. No chair, no rug, dirty stained floor, no top sheet and one thin threadbare fleece blanket. The shower head was blocked with limescale and the whole place was run down and shabby.
The restaurant gave us the choice of 'upgrading' our breakfast for an extra 40 pesos per person. I was stupid enough to go for it - the rice was of an extremely poor standard and the whole breakfast was terrible - I would have been better off with the original waffles and scrambled eggs - when I paid with a 1,000 note for 2 = 80 pesos, I was given 360 change - either someone cannot count or they were stealing - I got a half-hearted apology when I complained and demanded the correct change, which confirmed the stealing bit.
I WOULD NOT recommend this 'hotel' to anyone - there are plenty of other hotels that are better and much cheaper in Cebu

Room Tip: Stay away from this hotel - the only good thing about it is the short walk to the Sm Mall

Location is very accessible... just one block away from SM City & a few minutes to Ayala.

We stayed on the 8th floor. The room has mirrors everywhere... 2 on head boards, dresser and inside the T&B. No real cabinet but there's a make shift rack that you can hang your clothes. Water flow from the shower is good but turning the valve full up would not help increase heat of the water. So, wasted water in the process. My head boiled faster waiting.:0 Toiletry packs provided but no shampoo. No direct line to house keeping. It took them 10mins to bring the additional bath soap requested. Beds are soft & comfy but pillows are a little bit tough. Outlets near the night table offered convenience to cell phone & laptop charging while lounging on the bed watching flat screen TV. Window faces an empty view. No key card on doors & no double locks or barrel bolts. The whole floor is not tiled but made of plain though polished cement. Free breakfast is white bread, scrambled egg, slices of fruits & hot or cold beverage. Parking space is very limited.

The staff at the cafe seemed polite but looked exhausted. The front desk staff tried to be accommodating but needed to be more enthusiastic & cheerful. What can i say, it's a budget hotel. duh!

We stayed here last March 2013 and had a great stay. We even got a very huge discount for their Holy Week promo. Service WAS okay then, food WAS great.

However, when we came back this year, everything is different. The staff are not acvomodating, request for towels and stuffs take forever, room service for a charge of 50 pesos. Even hot water has a charge. They don't allow food to be charged to your tab, you have to pay it right away. The food is just ok, few variety for breakfast. Their danggit and tapsilog on the menu are always unavailable.

We won't come back here again given other choices. Their service sucks!

it was better than what we expected, the room was clean and quite spacious.
the bathroom was okay, but after bathing, the floor soon became wet...
the bed was comfortable, but the noise from outside started to wake us up since very early morning...
the staffs were nice and friendly, tried to communicate with us and gave as much information as they could about the places to visit...

We chose this inn as it is near SM mall. Rate for a family room is good for us budget travelers. Room is big enough for family of 4. Room and bathroom were both clean. The small ref has a bad smell bec. it turns off everytime we leave the room and get the key from the power switch.

We advised them to pack our breakfast as we had to leave at 6am the following day. breakfast were just egg sandwiches. We had 4 sandwiches but they were bad we were not able to eat the 2.

We reached this hotel in the evening at 7 P.M. We had taken a ferry from Tagbilaran(Tag) to Cebu Pier and hailed a taxi from the Ferry terminus to this hotel. We did get a couple of taxi drivers trying to fleece us with some jawdropping fares. Luckily there was a police station nearby the Ferry terminus, where the policeman arranged a cab for us for reasonable rates. We reached this hotel which is in a very very tiny lane. We crashed here for the night to catch an early morning flight. This is the smallest bed we've ever slept on. The shower has very slow water pressure. The room was also very tiny but overall worth the price you pay for. The staff was very helpful. We were wondering how to call a taxi early next morning from that tiny lane. The girl at the reception helped us, disappeared early morning into one of the tinier bylanes and emerged ten minutes later with a taxi. Location is not very close to the airport but conveniently close. All restaurants and markets are a quick tricycle ride away.

Perks of this hotel: Good location with an accessible jeepney stop right in front with nearby restaurants, church, pharmacy, spa and a mall and is not at all expensive.
Downside: Bad service! 1. Just downright rude.
a. If you make a reservation through their cellphone, they reply to you as if you are the last person on earth they want to deal with. It's not that I'm jumping to conclusions, but there is a whole lot of difference if the person on the other end is warm, hospitable and professional."Wala po kami std room available." Just like that,no greeting, no sorry, no alternatives given...
b. There was also a time when we called downstairs that we were going to check out that day, some staff of theirs just went knocking and said he was going to check on the room, and started looking around the room with our stuff all over the place coz we haven't even vacated yet!
c. They had a mix up on our reservations, they reserved 1 room when we called through cellphone to reserve 1 room and someone personally went to pay for that same room under that person's name. When we got there, they insisted that we pay for 2 rooms, they didn't get it that it's just one and the same! Apparently, not paying attention or not verifying if confused.
2. Cheap breakfast, cheap food. You just get what you pay for really. Don't expect much.
