If this is a park for senior citizens, where are they? And with the trees so sparse, and the shade almost non existent, why would senior citizens come here and expose their scalps? It is right across city hall, true, but it is also beside the carbon market, which is dirty by day, and dirtier by night. I pass this park in my car several times a day. I would think that if ever senior citizens would want to stroll in the park, they would go over to Plaza Independencia instead. At least there the tree cover is much better and their heads will be saved from sunburn.
