This is one of the newest hotels in Cebu and next to Ayala Mall.
It's fairly priced and much cheaper than the ones next to it although it's amenities are the same.
I would warmly recommend this hotel.

(it also has a sauna)

This is the best place I've stayed in The Philippines. This is supposed to be rated as a 4 star property and if you compare it with American hotels maybe. It would be the best of the best in Europe. It has a beautiful lobby, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and spotless linens. Nice little touches put them over the top, they give you toothbrushes with the smallest tube of toothpaste Ive ever seen, perfect for 1 or 2 days, also slippers and a nice tote bag. The buffet breakfast was great. Spa service is great with one of the best massages ever and at a great price. It has a great downtown location near the mall and lots of restaurants and an attentive staff that exceeds even the famous Fillipino Hospitality. This will be my first choice when returning to Cebu.

Room Tip: A little extra height keeps out the noise and some rooms have great views of the mountains.

A new hotel that across Ayala mall. Very convenient location.

Spent 2 nights here through Agoda.com where the sales were really cheap during this season where there were aftershocks from the earthquake.

Took the cab from airport to the hotel and we were greeted well from the security staff outside. The check-in was really quick and there was no problem, however, we tried to request for lower floor as we were afraid there might be another earthquake again. But the staff were nice enough to tell us that there was no more rooms available on the lower floor as most guest thought the same way as us and they were full (its ok).

The room was spacious and beautiful. Everything was in order with a minibar, safe, etc. And there's a bathtub too.

Breakfast was simple with not many variety of choices but they were good enough.

The gym was not available as they were doing upgrading. Swimming pool and spa was awesome though.

Expectations certainly were different as we knew they were still going through construction. We booked at this property for a week as we had some challenges with quest next door. Discounts were provided for the longer stay and for being under construction. The hotel will be good 6-12 months from now when all facilities and amenities become available. The staff still seemed untrained but you can see they were trying, perhaps better direction and development from management is what they need. The building is stunning but again, unfinished, lacked decor and construction dust is still everywhere. I would recommend, so long as the rates are good.

Cebu experienced a major earthquake this week. I was on the 11th floor when it happened, and was among the last to evacuate down the stairs. As I left, I could see the reception staff and the door guards standing fast at their posts. Outside, one of the staff gave me a water bottle. Breakfast buffet was not available outside though (lol)

Rooms are large and very clean. Big flat screen TV. Internet is adequate and may be upgrading soon. The manager told me they have 2 back up generators. Mini fridge and no attempt to sell snacks. In-room safe of a modern, more secure design. Nice shampoo and soap included.

If you suffer allergies, this may be a good hotel for you. Because all the floors are tile, no carpets. The downside of no carpets means its rather noisy in the halls, and the noise will travel into the rooms. Be careful in the bath, the tile is slippery. There are adequate rails in the shower/bath.

Located very close to Ayala mall, and there is a relatively safe way to cross the street to get there at the corner.

Room Tip: Rooms xx01 and xx02 will have more noise from traffic and construction next door. Rooms above xx15 w...

I spent one night at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and nicely decorated, A/C worked well, immaculately clean, excellent water pressure in the shower (body shower and rain shower head), welcome fruit juice on arrival, and very comfortable beds. I also enjoyed a hot stone massage and facial at the spa.

No complaints, I would return here on another trip.

Excellent value for money, as nice as any place I've stayed but we were only there for a night, but I would have rebooked if we could get a room. Great location near the mall. Had a great nights sleep.

Disliked breakfast ended a bit early.

Room Tip: 7th floor had great wifi signal
