Sorry Anthony Bourdain, Zubuchon is not the best roast pig ever.

I came upon this place, from an endorsement of a local Cebuano.

This is not one's typical "lechon" - it is original. I don't really know how it's made...I think it's deep fried and roasted. It is spiced with lemongrass, chilli and other exotic spices...the end result is crispy skin, and succulent meat that just melts. The aroma itself is hypnotic...the taste is indescribable.

This is one of the few places wherein I am willing to wait for 2 hours for a meal.
