This hotel is the worse that i've been. Me and my fiance stayed here for a summer gateaway. At first we are really amazed on what we saw in the net, but to our surprised it was really different in real life. First the room is stinky, the towel is dirty and old the bed sheet also, the bed is making noise every time you move even if you will just seat on it and the food for breakfast is not presentable.. The room is small and the things inside are really old. My bf said he didnt had a good night sleep because he can also smell the sheet. which is also stinky, sticky and the color is close to brown, while the original color of it was white. When we told the lady in the front desk that we will transfer to another hotel cause the room is not good. instead of saying sorry and they will make up with us, she said OK FINE she is very rude and stupid.... NEVER THAT I WILL BE BACH HERE....

This is a budget hotel....better hotels are 4 times the price! But I found the hotel to be fine. Yes it is a bit tired, but is it comfortable? It's nice enough, it suited me and my girlfriend well enough. On arrival in the porter kindly pushed the two single beds together and it was no problem for the single room to become a double....in the morning breakfast was provided for my gf too. Hot buffet breakfast was not bad at all, lunch/dinner not sooooo cheap as you might get elsewhere but reasonable fare (after having tried nearby eateries, we soon returned to the hotel). Milk shakes are 50% ice....nice trick!. By the way don't bother to ask for a knife...spoon and fork is the way to eat here (you'll get a knife with steak). The receptionists were bit cold....it was easy for them to say that they don't change £s into Pesos, harder for them to say where I could get this done (Ayala Center...reasonable rates). There's internet availability with 2 PCs (50 Pesos) and also wifi coverage in the reception. All in all, I'd return there...on leaving, the chambermaid said I was very handsome, I wish she had said that earlier, ha ha!

We stayed at Mango Park just this August 24, good thing we only stayed there for one night. We were welcomed by friendly security guards and bellboy. But to our surprise upon our check in, the receptionist was arrogantly talking to us. She was very unfriendly. Upon reaching the room it was quite clean and the view was ok but the tv was so small and old. The remote control was not even working! Towels were unclean. And if you will call their front desk on the phone no one's going to answer right away you will try about 10x for someone to answer your call. We requested for a glass of ice and spoon and to our surprise, we were charged for these simple utensils. They told us that the restaurant is different from the hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is their complimentary buffet breakfast which is at Ser Jo's Restaurant (which is owned by another person) located inside the hotel, the breakfast was special and they offer really good food. Upon check out, the receptionist was not in her place. Then when she got out of lunch she arrogantly treated us this time this was another receptionist. I hope that someone in the management of this hotel might read this to avoid the same incident. And please train your receptionists well because they reflect your hotels standards.

We stayed in this hotel recently. Check in time was 2pm but room was not ready until about 4pm. Room was adequately clean. Towels and linens looked really worn out. Bathroom tiles also looked like they have moulds. Pluses: location (very close to everything in the city) and very friendly staff. Description of this hotel states that it is a "boutique hotel" -- it definitely is not. It is an adequate budget hotel.

The rooms are nothing special, but they were clean and well cared for. The pool was great, with a view of the city. My family especially enjoyed the breakfast. The fresh fruit was to die for, and it was fun to get our first taste of some native specialties. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a much better experience here than in the Cebu Marriott. It is very easy to get a taxi, jeepney or bike and go anywhere in the city.
