Great selection of quality food. Breakfast is inclusive of our room rate but for dinner its a little bit expensive but then you are getting a really good quality of food selection for your money. Infact after staying in shang and dined here in tides my standard for hotel buffet has really went up high and has been a little disappointed for the rest of our stay in philippines with other hotel's buffet.

We have just finished our stay at shangri la Cebu where we were having breakfast and dinner at tides restaurant. I was very impressed by the choice and standard of the food available. The staff are very professional and attentive and nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Primo who looked after us at breakfast and Mike who took care of us at dinner time ( great guys) see you next year . Ps those prawns by the seafood section are incredible.

This restaurant has the biggest and best breakfast buffet I have ever seen. Wide selection from all over the world, fresh fruit, baking, juices and excellent coffee.

We stayed at Shangri-La during the Cobra Ironman 70.3. For Breakfast, Tides offered a selection of pre-made gluten-free items (bread, corn muffins, and chocolate muffins), but also offered GF pancakes upon request. The pancakes took about 30 minutes to make, but were delicious, especially with the mango syrup. We also ate during the afternoon (3pm-5:30pm) pasta-salad bar. GF pasta was available upon request and also took between 30-45 min to make. The chefs were very knowledgeable and friendly and remembered us each day we showed up for breakfast / early dinner. The wait time was fine because we were able to eat salad and sushi from the buffet while we waited.
