The only good thing is the room.bed is big and shower is spacey.beach?nevermind.pool?so-so..the staff is unfriendly and unaccommodating.we had to call frontdesk twice just to get extra floor mats(the ones in the room looked used and was sandy).the food is pricey and menu limited.lastly, i woke up to employees playing music on their phone and talking loudly(they were at the back)!i went there to relax but i definitely did not get that!i am never going back..

We placed a downpayment to reserve a room. Later, the reservation staff wanted us to pay more since we'd b staying only during the day!

During reservation, we were told grilling of food isnt allowed inside the resort. But we saw a group use their portable grill; and we have to walk a block away outside the resort to the grilling station. What's more, they made us (locals) move our things to the side (even though we were just outside our room) to give way to their Korean guests.

Food at their restaurant was kindda expensive. Continental breakfast per plate costs PhP180. Even drinks were pricey.

The room was okay- big beds, clean toilet and bath w new tiles, h/c shower, cable tv, cool a/c. Towels provided were clean but no longer white.

Beach was worse with seaweeds all over. We had to move at the other side of the resort but twas somewhat dirty (saw brown foam near the dock).

Overall, not a nice experience. I won't consider going back to this place; neither recommend this to friends.

I stayed here for a day whilst waiting for my flight to Manila. I was offered a room inland that I rejected for one overlooking the sea. It was clean and tidy. The beach here is strewn with green seaweed that the staff were making a never ending attempt to collect and dump around the next bay. The beach is yellow sand and rocky as you enter the water. I went for a swim and was then shouted at by the jet ski owners if I wanted a ride.... which I didn't. They weren't persistent about it...so I wasn't unduly bothered.
A few hours later the jet ski had been towed up near my room and ran on dry land pumping exhaust fumes into my room. Nice!
The site is untidy with plenty of derelict rooms nearby, plastic strewn in the undergrowth and out of bounds coast that are privately owned. More rooms were under construction.
There is an ugly ship permanently moored off the coast associated with a tourist yellow submarine thing that goes along the reef.
The WiFi on!y works near reception, the router that serves the rooms was busted and probably has been for years.
I only ate a salad and a sandwich when I was there, both were drowning in dressing and it if wasn' t for the fact I was starving, I would have fed them to the fish.
Mactan is a dump. It is a dirty, rubbish and graffiti sprawled place. I have never seen so much graffiti in the Philippines than here. Get a boat and go to Bohol.

Room Tip: Try and get a room overlooking the sea. It's the best this place has to offer

This hotel is just TERRIBLE. I have stayed there for one night with my husband and son, due to the fact it is pretty close to the airport. The next day we were supposed to fly to HK at 6 am in the morning.
I don't want to speak about about the dirty sea or the dirty beach, this I don't mind. But the room was very dirty, the mirror it looked as it hadn't been cleaned for a few months, the towels were not white anymore, but gray. I got the feeling I shouldn't touch anything in that room.
We wanted to eat something, we went to the restaurant, but was empty and looking so bad, that we finally decided to call a taxi and go somewhere else to eat.
The whole hotel looks like a brothel, used for prostitution.
At night the TV from the reception is very loud, if your room is close by, as ours was, you can barely sleep.
And the worse is that we finally left early in the morning, but now both me and my son have some sores/hives on our entire body. Probably the sheets weren't clean either.
Now I am sorry I didn't listen to my husband and changed the hotel as soon as we arrived.

Room Tip: don't stay at this hotel

The place looks exactly like the pictures you can find in the brochures, the place isn't big but it's always full of people but don't worry most of them are vacationers and foreigners mostly Koreans. Our room is spacious and there is definitely hot water in the tap. wifi connection is also good but we're vacationers so we are mostly outside exploring the Cebu. The hotel is more or less 15 to 20 mins. from the airport. you can hire a yellow taxi with P40 flagdown rate or do as we did a metered taxi (white) with P70 flagdown rate, from the airport to the hotel it cost us P210 but we gave a P40 tip even though the driver didn't ask for it. the hotel rooms are facing the sea and the beach may look like the water is deep because several boats are anchored near the beach but when you actually get in the water, you'll see that its very shallow actually we went past the boats but the sea water was just up to above our waist, the ocean floor is visible, the water clear, we saw several star fishes and may sea plants but for enthusiastic swimmers the beach may not be satisfactory because you have to go far from the beach to get a good swim, but if its diving you want you can ask the lobby personnel and they will inform you that if you want to go island hopping and swimming and diving, they can arrange it for you, in our case we asked for island hopping, it includes hopping between two islands for P3,000.00. Breakfast is on the menu, no buffet so you will have to choose from the fixed menu. transportation to and from the hotel is easy. from the hotel entrance - a short walk but mind you if you plan to go home late, there's no light post so, bring a torch or flash light or if you one of those cellphones like the one I have, it has a mini torch light. the transportation to cebu city and olango island can be reached by jeepney, tricyle,or hired van but you'll have to ride a ferry to cebu city unless you want to take a taxi but mind you its going to cost you, its also a ferry ride to olango, but tricycles are expensive, you'll know why its expensive when you get there.

I've stayed with my friends and was very disappointed with the beach, it was all full of seaweed! green beach we didn't even want to walk there..! There are a lot of boats close by, so you can easily go island hopping, but be aware of locals that want to charge you huge amount for everything. Like fresh buka juice 200P! Also, every day there are groups that come over to spend time on this resort and they are looking at girls very weirdly, so we didn't even go around the resort, we were kinda scared. However, rooms were super clean, nice, huge beds, ac, tv, everything is nice. We also liked complimentary breakfast delivered directly to the room. In walking distance there is Imperial Hotel where you can spend the whole day swimming, trying rides, there are also many restaurants there. Also supermarket is close by to resort, so it's convenient to walk around when it's not that dark. I don't think we will ever return, but this hotel is an option for those who think its too expensive to stay in Imperial, but they still want to try all the facilities from hotel.
