Coming back to the Hotel, after a long day at the office, should be relaxing, like the Keycard was saying "Now relax"... Well not exactly.
Starting from the good parts, the rooms are very clean, and spacious. The location worked for me since the workplace was very close. And the breakfast was pretty good. Nice variety of hot and cold dishes. That's about it..
Walking distance from elevator was quite long for me, since the hotel is built mostly on length, not height.
Wifi works only on first floor, and there is "free" cable internet for everyone BUT it's 128kbps internet. I didn't care for it when checking in, but as soon as i logged in, i felt like going back to the medieval era. barely enough bandwidth to receive emails, forget about anything else. I don't remember any modern hotel that has this policy, either the internet is free, and rate is actually included in the room, or you can pay for it, but room rate is cheaper. I guess here the owners chose to get few more bucks.
One of the evenings I had the pleasure of dining in the hotels restaurant, the food is good, and the beer is better. At the end i ordered the check, but the waitress heard "more" (on the beer) and brought me another beer. i said i didn't order another beer, she said she is sorry, but she already brought it, and she can't pour it back. Then brought me the check with 2 beers. i don't know about you, but i don't think 10 bucks worth a pissed guest. Very poor service behavior.
And lastly, about 10 minutes before my checkout, one of the chair's legs broke. i cough myself before landing on any vital body parts, but it could end worst. i told about that when checking out and except some laughs and a promise to "fix the chair", no compensation was offered.
Bottom line, not so much relaxing experience. I think next time i would rather take the metro for half an hour and stay at a further hotel, then come back to this one.
