I recently returned from a business trip to Moscow and had a 3 night stay at the Radisson Blu Belorusskaya.

I was extremely impressed from my first warm greeting at the reception and having not stayed at a Radisson Blu for sometime, this has completely changed my perception of the brand in a positive way! The hotel has only been open several months and this was clear from the modern, spacious and trendy decor throughout the property.

Room was immaculate and had every comfort I could ask for, from a Nespresso machine to LCD TV with a good range of channels for tourists. The high speed Wi-Fi is FREE and was actually better than my high speed internet at home, thoroughly impressed for a wireless network.

All the staff were extremely helpful and I would like to personally say a thank you to Arianna the Manager at breakfast each morning, who exceeded my expectations by remembering the exact type and style of coffee and breakfast I wanted from day one, which was a really nice touch every morning.

Couldn't recommend this enough, 10 minutes walk to Belorusskaya station and the room service and offering at the Filini restaurant is more than enough to tempt your palette!

Keep up the good work and will be back next time I am in Moscow.

Room Tip: Ask for top floor, views of the city are great!

Stayed in the brand new Radisson Blu near Belorusskaya station early July 2011. The weather in Moscow was very warm so the functioning air-conditioning was very welcome! The hotel still has the feel of a newly-opened property - everything is brand new. Design is contemporary, but similar to other Radissons. Although the hotel is not in the heart of 'downtown' it is just a short stroll to the metro which has two lines offering access to the rest of the city. Red Square and the Kremlin was just a couple of stops...This hotel is a welcome change from the over-priced 5* present elsewhere in the city and definitely a great place to stay!

this radisson hotel is brand new, rooms are well equipped, restaurant and breakfast area are good, staff helpful and friendly.
Prices are very competitive compared with other moscow hotels of similar quality. So I would recommend it for business travellers that pay attention to the budget but at the same time look for adequate quality and standard.

the location is not the ideal one however. It is hidden in a side street not very far from Beloruskaya train station (also the closest metro station, some 10 to 15 minutes walk). Taxis are very hard to find if you do not have your own arrangements with a driver.

I booked this hotel in a leap of faith (before it was even finished). The hotel opened on or about July 1, 2011.

The hotel is in an odd location. Smack between office parks, the Russian offices of British American Tobacco, it will be convenient if you have business nearby. Also the hotel is in the middle of soviet era residential apartments, and lots of new construction. Leningrasky Prospect / Tresveskaya is about 15 minute walk. The nearest metro stop is a bit of trek, (15 minutes) , under a bridge and across Leningradsky Prospect. If you are coming from the Aeroexpress, you might want to cab it to the hotel. At the time of writing, there is lots of construction going on at the Bellarusky rail terminal - walking to the hotel from the rail station with luggage, despite being so near, may prove to be a challenge.

The staff appear to be very well trained and extremely accommodating. i found no faults. The breakfasts were beyond adaquate, on par with other Raddison Blu hotels (if not better) The lounge downstairs is spacious and there is an on site italian restaurant "felini" that is quite good.

Speaking of the location : Across the street from the hotel is a nightclub "Golden Palace" and an attached topless bar "Golden Girls". When I checked into my hotel, i was concerned that it may get too noisy, but in fact, it did not. This may prove to be a plus to certain guests. The hotel is in a Residential / commercial neighborhood.

I would have liked this hotel to be closer to the metro (15-20 minute walk), but if you need to be in this part of Moscow, it's a nice hotel.
