Stayed here when on a tour of Russia. Huge place built for the 1980 Olympics with almost 2000 rooms. The lobby is enormous with shops and restaurants. Dining room like a noisy school canteen. Good breakfast choices but usual lukewarm dinner menu. We ate in a Chinese restaurant in the hotel and we're served hot food with flavour which was more than the cafeteria could offer.Despite the high level of obvious security in the lobby, a member of our group had a bag stolen while checking in. The security men turned a blind eye to the prostitutes touting for business there too. Don't bring your children here. It's definitely not family friendly! Noisy air con. Bring ear plugs. Good metro links but very busy ring roads all around.
