Iconic landmark. Worth a visit inside, although very crowded. Surprisingly small chapels inside. Well preserved.

Must go and see for yourself. The Russian government has spend a lot of money restoring cathedrals in Moscow and St. Petersburg. This is the best known, and is a must see.

This cathedral is a must see on this travel. Words can not do it justice. It is located within walking distance from our hotel and has many eating places along the way.

Its such an unusual building with its onion domes. I just couldn't stop looking at it. As the sun sets, the colours seem to stand out more. Then when it gets dark, the building is illuminated and looks even more amazing. I didn't have time to go inside but I was more than happy just looking at it from the outside.
