Interior hotel good - like any western business hotel. Convenient for trade centre and that's all it should be used for. Service appauling. They back tracked on the room pricing policy and what the documentation states. Emails still going back and forth.

We stayed 3 nights as part of a tour. Enjoyed our stay and had no complaints. Many restaurant choices in the complex and the in-hotel restaurant was great. There is a grocery/convenience store in the centre which was a plus. Very clean. Helpful staff. Location is a bit away from the center of things but not too far out.

I had a reservation for one of our Directors to stay in this hotel and we requested a letter from the hotel for Visa purposes and we waited so long that we had to cancel all reservations due the flight leaving and visa still not ready due to us waiting for letter from CROWNE. We had to pay our penalty fees with the airlines and we missed the biggest conference in Moscow!!

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Moscow World Trade Center in August 2009 as part of an Insights Easy Pace Russia tour. The hotel was in excellent condition, good breakfast and excellent customer service. The rooms were in excellent condition, good quality beds and linens and also good customer service. We found the fact that there is a grocery store in the hotel to be especially convenient. It is well located and easy walking distance from Metro ~ 1 mile or within walking distance of many tourist sites. Highly recommended for business or leisure.

This is a cavernous hotel attached to the World Trade Centre and one of the fist American-style business hotels built in Moscow. It's on the river, but not terribly close to anything, although it comes with its own substantial mini-mart (which by local standards was really more like a full supermarket) and several restaurants and pubs. Breakfast is great. The rooms are large, well designed and decorated, everything worked and it has lovely big windows. I had a room out the back overlooking a courtyard and construction site, so do try to get one of the river view rooms which are great. Room service was terrible as it never seemed to occur to anyone to replenish any of the consumables and by the end of the week there wasn't even a square of tiolet paper left! English at the front desk was superb but not jumping out of their skins to help.

My company booked a room in this hotel for several days as I was traveling on business.
The hotel is not in the city center, but it is situated 10 minutes walking distance from the metro station. I had a standard room which was fine. By the way, the views from the top floors are wonderful. I was lucky to have a room with a balcony facing the river.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave me a map and advised a city bus tour which was very interesting and quite cheap.
The things I didn’t like- I had to pay for wireless internet in the room, hotel taxi and breakfast were expensive.
Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel and will recommend it for business purposes.

As a frequent visitor to Moscow, I prefer to stay in the Crowne Plaza Moscow World Trade Center. While the location is not so great for personal stay (no good transportation really, and taxis are expensive), the hotel itself is very decent for those who visits Moscow for business purposes. The staff is welcoming and eager to help, rooms are clean and tidy; also, I personally prefer a more secured environment than just a door - and the Hotel offers this security. One other advantage is a very good access to newspapers in English, they are available for free ... and if one needs Internet, it is available as well. The Hotel is located in the Business Centre which offers quite a good variety of the restaurants with the average (for business Moscow) prices ... Evropeisky restaurant (Continental restaurant with fine European cuisine), the Vienna café, the Red Lion pub - to name a few. Actually, one even might find drinks to be cheaper than in town. My personal choice is the Olde Red Lion pub - with the very good selection of beers. By the way, was it the borsch that I fell in love with in the Olde Red Lion ? could be ... but their steaks are really on par with the best steaks I have a chance to eat back in Canada, and their fish is the best! Oh, and the staff always tries to have you fully satisfied!
Anyway, besides restaurants and pubs I should mention the Atlantis aqua-complex & fitness club ... if you bring your kids with you, it is the place where they can enjoy the tropicano style swimming pool, the children’s pool, water slides, etc. If you do not mind to walk (and ignore "a beauty" of the construction site), you can reach the subway station "Delovoi tsentr" and take the Metro for other parts of Moscow.
Let me repeat that I find this hotel a good and decent place for business visitors to stay in Moscow, but it is NOT a cheap hotel, nor it might be considered as a place for honey-moons or personal trips.
