A definite must see though a bit pricey for foreigners to get entry to the Kremlin, Armoury and the Diamond Fund. Full price 1050 RUB (Kremlin grounds & Armoury) + 500 RUB (diamond Fund) per person though discounts for students and Russian citizens.

Fascinating to think this is from where the Soviet leaders ruled the USSR.
The tomb of the unknown soldier is outside the wall and so is free.

The queues to get into the Kremlin were chaotic with staff having very little english.
Best to book online for Kremlin / Armoury at http://www.kreml.ru/en-Us/visit-to-kremlin/terms-for-visiting/ though you still have to print off the pages to collect the tickets at the ticket window (12 & 13 from memory).

I could not get enough of this sight we were there around Anzac Day so I reflected this with the changing of the guard which is excellent with the un named soldiers grave. I am a proud Australian and the soldiers here also look very proud and marched and guarded with pride as did all involved in this site.

I was amazed by the sheer size and to witness the changing of the guard at the tomb of the unknown soldier was great. I was surprised by the total cleanliness everywhere I went in Moscow.
