Have been staying at the place for 2 wk stretches on Business. Rooms are clean but some areas may smell of smoke so I always request for non-smoking rooms. Wifi is fast enough and has improved since my last visit. Cleaning staff do not speak English but are accomodating nontheless. I had to call frontdesk to explain to staff that I want wanted a laundry bag but on my next visit, I just had to leave my soiled clothes in a bag and they understood that it had to be laundered. Only 1 English channel on the 2 TV's in your room. T&B can be overheated in the winter. Breakfast is decent but gets too tired after 3 days of the same fare, (and its it dimly lit during winter breakfast??!!). The restaurant serves good food but they do not allow you to charge the meals to your room unfortunately, so that is a bit of a hassle. Location is very convenient as it is near the main Amurskaya road and a few minutes to the river.

Room Tip: rooms at the far end tend to be quieter but ask for a non-smoking room.

The Boutique Hotel is definitely one of the better options in Khabarovsk, but that really isn't saying that much given the Soviet grime of the Intourist or Chaika.

The rooms were comfortable, maybe a little smokey, but the front desk staff messed up my reservation, booking me for one night instead of three. Unfortunately, that meant spending twice as much on a double room for one night until a single opened up - no apologies were made and no discount given. The hotel breakfast is pretty bizarre. There are three to five teenagers kind of standing around at the bar gossiping and some REALLY terrible food to be had. I ended up eating toast for two days rather than venturing into the farsh meatballs, weird smelling eggs, or "Big Pot of Porridge" that smelt of fish. Also, whoever designed the restaurant must have watched Saturday Night fever one too many times - DISCO DOES NOT BELONG AT BREAKFAST.

The hotel is located right in the older part of Khabarovsk, which means that everything is within walking distance.

On of the best "not very expensive" hotels in Khabarovsk. Modern building, clean rooms, wi-fi.
On of the best place to stay in the center of the city. Near located a park zone with ponds, sport arena for ice hokkey and so on.

This was a nice property within walking distance of most of the sights Khabarovsk has to offer. Prices were fair and everything felt pleasantly up to date. Taxis were easy to come by or easy to call. The front desk handled foreign language well. The rooms were large by any standard and there were some foreign language stations on television. This is a nice hotel in a lovely city. This Hotel is priced as a business class hotel.
