Walking the streets of SPB in winter it is hard to 'find' restaurants as they often have little frontage to advertise their existence, we stumbled upon this by accident, though it was only 4 mins from our hotel! A cellar restaurant, serving delightful dishes, the service was so charming and the value superb. As tourists on their final night, we succumbed and ordered stroganoff, with sauerkraut and hot veg sides, the food was excellent. Including beers and vodka, the bill was barely 60euros. Highly recommended *****
