This is in principle a nice hotel in a really nice location.
The hotel seems fairly new and in good condition.
Sadly though, service seems to be - well - a town in Russia (as we say in Denmark).
Staff is indifferent and we particularly recommend that you refrain from using the hotels F&B outlets.
Breakfast is okay - but always with old stale bread. Lunch and dinner is unimaginative and overpriced and as mentioned above - staff couldn't care less. And - no matter what you do - do not ask the staff to split a bill. They have no clue! And be aware - the F&B offering is incredibly overpriced, Walk 5 minutes around the block and you will find fantastic restaurants with attentive service and half the price.
The Spa is not as good as advertised - but okay. Massage treatments are of poor quality - use the water facilities only is our recommendations
