Ekaterina arranged a one-day trip for three to Novgorod from St. Petersburg on just a few days notice when our previous plans fell through. She was thoroughly professional, highly organized, and absolutely prompt in replying to emails. The trip she arranged for us was truly outstanding from start to finish, beginning with a prompt 8am pickup by our driver, through a late morning and afternoon tour of the sights of Novgorod with our outstanding English-speaking guide, Arkady. It was truly a pleasure to work with such a professional tour service.
