Just came back from Saint Petersburg, where I was for a short stay. I am Russian, who lives in the US. I know that Russian service often is not of the same level as Westerners expect, and there is a lot of rip-off out there, to be honest. Not sure I'm clear on the role Ekaterina plays in the company, but she made our experience a blast, even though I contacted her via e-mail only a week before my travel. My main praise goes to her professsionalism, clarity, effective long-distance communitation, and ability to LISTEN to her client's needs. My husband and I had only few days in St.Pete, but we didn't have an appetitie for the usual crowded places (Hermitage, Petergoff, etc). She listened was able to quickly organize an itinerary just to meet our needs. It was a great beginner overview of St. Pete, not over-beearing-- just a terrific sampler. In person, Ekaterina is extremely pleasant and speaks English wonderfully. I would highly recommend her to other tourists who are short on time or prefer touring experience with a passionate, knowledgeable, and personable local. Good job, Katya!

Until I arrived in the train station, the support of the guide and the driver with a confort car. Every thing ok. I expect if someone needs a real support to view the best atraction in San Petesburg, use this time.

Ekaterina arranged a one-day trip for three to Novgorod from St. Petersburg on just a few days notice when our previous plans fell through.
