Spent 3nights during a long weekend after a biz trip to Moscow. Don't expect the classic hotel with a proper reception, bell boy etc. this is more like a budget hotel but with everything you really need to enjoy your stay, especially when you plan to spend most of the time out visiting this charming city. The place occupies the 2nd floor of an old building, didn't try the elevator (rather scaring!) however the staircase is very wide and easy. Very helpful receptionists with good command of english, fast check-in, I was given a room on Moskovsky Pr. side, I must admit quite noisy so I would recommend to choose if possible one overlooking the patio. Otherwise the quality of the bed, overall cleanliness of the huge room including the bathroom was definitely good. Essential continental "DYI" breakfast with enough variety to satisfy most of the tastes. The position of the hotel is extremely good, 5 mins from an interchange underground station (3 lines), less than half an hour walking from main attractions (i.e. Hermitage), plenty of restaurants around (very recommandable Khochu Kharcho if you want to experience the best georgian food) and finally opposite to the bust stop where you can catch the shuttle bus K-213 which for 35 RUB (less than 1€) brings you to Pulkovo-2 Intl. Airport. For approx 100€/night with free and fast wifi connection I can only recommend this more than decent place.
