“Ideal location with satisfying service”

It has one of the best locatins in city as for promenade in Nevskiy pr., and also for the bussiness purposes to have optimal routes by car.hotel is big, so, sometimes it is very noisy inside here. To avoid it , better to get room in privelege floor with executive lounge- We enjoyed breakfast there without crowd and drinks and snacks during day. As for check in, we were suprised that such big hotel has only one bell-boy. We had to carry suitcases ourself hy stairs in entrance, the stairs are not equiped with wheel rails.

Room Tip: Recomended to book rooms in privelege floor to enjoy more higher service and silence

This was our first stop on our honeymoon trip and can not recommend this hotel enough.

When we arrived we were offered champagne and were given a complimentary room upgrade. Room was spacious with a view of Nevsky prospekt.

Staff speak great English and all are very helpful.

Would love to stay here again.

- Try the cafe next door for lovely salted caramel ice cream

- You can walk to a lot of places from this hotel such as Winter Palace, and the Church of our saviour on the spilled blood

-About a 15 minute walk to the Moscow Train station

The location is great, right at the centre of shopping districts lots of good shops and restaurants nearby, but the hotel was quiet pricey . I was upgraded to a suite since my Internet did not work in my room, but surprisingly the hotel staff removed the complimentary tea from the room, which I found to be very cheap.
The rooms were clean and service was ok, front staff were good and courteous .
Expensive hotel !

After several hrs and wasted time finally we were taken to W hotel. All apologies for nathing! It did not made any good! We lost 1/2 day from seeing the beautiful city!!

This is a beautiful hotel. Be sure to check out the view at sunset from the balcony of the fitness center. It is incredible! Breakfast was a huge, delicious spread. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were large and clean. Take a water filter if you intend to drink tap water or even just to use it for brushing. It is very brown. This is an excellent location across from a convenience store, and near many restaurants.
I'd definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel is its key, right on Nevsky Prospekt you are short walks from major tourist sights. The restaurants were massively hyped to us and the menus were old fashioned and unimaginative and at extortionate prices for the quality. Breakfast was very poor, hot food was served cold and service was only available when pursued. The best feature is the executive lounge, which is available to those staying in the executive wing. High quality, freshly produced food and drinks including 'champagne' and decent Russian beers are available all day long for no extra cost. The rooms are very good, beds are enormous and comfortable and washing facilities fine, so long as brown, metallic Russian tap water doesn't freak you out. Get a deal or go elsewhere.

Nice location, clean, great hall and nice rooms, gentle people .... All was good in our staying in this hotel. To walk to and from the center is a nice walk but if tired a tram or a bus can solve the problem with less than one US$. Per ticket.
