I echo most of the sentiments of previous reviewers. Once you find the place (tucked away between a construction site and a driveway) and trudge up the stairs, the inn is remarkably clean and Elena and the rest of the folks there are very accommodating. They are also completely unintrusive, unlike some other b&b experiences I've had.
Breakfast was nice and filling (granola, toast, eggs). Coffee and tea are pretty much free 24/7.
There's a laptop and wifi available to travelers; I was even permitted to take the laptop into my room. (Laptop doesn't have a webcam, so if you want to Skype with friends back home, they can't see you.) I was also able to borrow an iron and ironing board.
The only knock on the place - and it's temporary - is that as of September 2011, there is major, 24/7 construction of a new subway station right outside the inn. It knocked out the lights in the already dark stairwell from time to time and kept me up a bit at night. Minor inconvenience for the location and service.
I stayed five nights. Elena also hooked up a taxi for me to get back to airport.More
