Filthy bathroom. We were told the metro was close - it wasn't. We were told the hotel is in the museum and tourist area - it isn't. The included breakfast was more than adequate. The front desk staff tried to help, but didn't understand what we needed. The internet never worked. The promised safe didn't exist. Everything else in St. Petersburg is so inexpensive it is worth spending the money for a really nice (by Russian standards) hotel. Three days in St. Petersburg was plenty, we would have been ok with even two. Don't take a cab from outside the 'arrivals' terminal. Walk 1 minute to your left as you exit and grab a cab at the departures terminal.
