I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it was new and the rooms were quiet, air conditioned, and comfortable, which was very welcome during the hot weather in Krasnodar. However, none of the staff could speak English, including in their restaurant, and they never had a printed English version of their menu. The staff did go out of their way to try and please you during your stay and were very friendly. It's a long walk to the city center but you can do it if you're energetic. I would give this hotel a four-star rating.
