I stayed i n Madinah-Dar Al Iman
last week for one night and i left it to another hotel the suite cost 4500 SR

It was a very bad experience the hotel was dirty and old and there’s no housekeeping to clean the room the whole day
Furniture is very old and bad service
I would not advise to stay in it

Just arrived from Madinah, the hotel location is very good but don't expect that you will receive 5 star services or standards. the furniture is very dirty and old, the housekeepers almost do nothing, the safe box is broken, the carpet is very dirty, the kettle is not working, the fridge is not cooling there are only 2 housekeepers during the night shift for such a huge hotel, so don't expect to get any thing you ask for except after making a complaint to the duty manager. I don't recommend Dar Al Iman at all it was very disappointing.

I was there with my wife and 4 children . All in all it was a nice stay . The staff was really friendly and cooperative . The room size was spacious . It took a little long time to answer our requests for baby bed but they brought it finally. Rooms cleanliness needs improvement . Food was good . Location is excellent just foot steps from haram . I think it needs some improvement to reach the Intercontinental standards I know and experienced in other parts of the worlds .

The room was spacious but the furniture a bit old for a five stars hotel. The safe box in our room was not working we asked them more than once to fix it but no reply untill we get down to the reception and after that they change the room for us because the safe box can't be fixed , i think they need to make improvements in their service and alittle bit to the cleanlines of the rooms. In general the hotel is a good choice to stay near the haram in al madina it's very close to the mosque.

The location of the hotel is excellent... It is also the closest 5Start property to the women section..
We stayed there in early Jan 2013 and we took the Royal Suite which is the top suite they offer..
It was a great value... Huuuuuge and I mean Huuge living and dining area..I'm talking about probably 12mx5m open area all overlooking Alharam... The windows of course are partially covered by some decorations so dont expect you will see the haram while sitting on your couch but if you look from the window you will see it very clearly and its an inspiring view...
The suite comprises also of a large master bedroom (like a junior suite) separate with its own living area... and the Master is the only bedroom that overlooks Alharam...then you have three separate bedrooms each with two single beds and each with access to its own bathroom (one of the rooms has En-suite bathroom) of course in addition to the master bedroom... there's also a large complete kitchen, a maids room, a large entree and a large hallway... so this Royal Suite with over220Sqm of space and on the 11th floor overlooking alharam is probably the best value you will get if you are a big family or group...its priced close to booking 4 spearate rooms but you will get the large living area and kitchen and the special service.
BTW the service in the hotel is pretty good...really no major complaints

Room Tip: If you are a group so not book individual rooms..if ur group is 4 book an Ambassador suite, if your...
