We spent 1 night here in an Executive Haram View Room - 1 king bed. Reception is located on the first floor and was smooth and quickly sorted, they did ask for a 400 dirham holding deposit on my credit card for expenses and though this was returned in part i obviously had to pay for the foreign exchange fee. There are plenty of lifts and we had no problems even during prayer times. The room was on the 11 floor, room 15. Being an executive room gives you access to the executive lounge on the 14th Floor which serves light snacks and hot and cold drinks from 9.00am to 9.00pm. There is a small kitchenette in the room with a fridge, hot plate and sink. The bathroom is a bit small with only a shower but the water is hot and the bathroom clean.
Entrance to the mosque can be made be a variety of exits ont eh ground floor, we used Gate 10 which allowed access easily from the corner gate.(see photo from window). There is also a small covered balcony.
In essence the hotel is clean comfortable and best of all has perfect access to the mosque.

Room Tip: Mosque view room gives spectacular views.

We just came back from umrah and had first gone to madinah on 19th n so stayed here for 4 nights. The room was good with 4 beds as per our requirement n 2 each were joined together whch helped us to accomodate our little daughter:-) though one washroom was a problem for a family of 4 so may b another small bathroom could have been accommodated as in makkah towers. Otherwise the room had all facilities like safe locker, small fridge, tea making facility n Tv etc. Small kitchenette was thr but the stoves wer nt working. So electric kettle helped as r family fond of having tea n the hotel staff provided the tea bags n related stuff ample whenever v asked. Room service was fine. Breakfast was great quite extensive cereals yogurts fruits veggies gravies kababs local dishes freshly made eggs n parathas n many more things. One suggestion for the eggs frying that thr is only one guy thr whos frying various types of eggs for so many ppl so it would b great if more than one staff b appointed for this as it took long time n long waitings. N he has two frying pans which have to be cleaned again n again rather if more thn 2 availab to him things would be more speedier. Overall it was great. Bin dawood just thr n even kfc hardees n ofcourse albaik n tazaj so no issue of eating. This hotel is closer to females entrance though for wanting to go to prophets grave n riaz ul jannah its a bit far to walk. Our windows gave us view to the courtyard of masjid nabvi n very well located:-) hawkers also sittin infront of haram n hotel selling scarfs clothes prayer mats etc.
Overall pleasant stay n wish v go again n soon to masjid e nabvi! :-)

Stayed there 5-12 April 2014 with family in a quad room of 7th floor. Simply feel at home. Room boy named Ahmad a egyptian impressed me. He daily on specific time knocked door ask for make of room if we were busy and asked to come again after one hour he use to come again. Hotel is adjacent to Ladies prayer area. Only Ladies have to travel long for offering Salam at Rodha Mubarak. Good hotel good location better staff free wi-fi and free car parking as against Safwah Royal Orchid Makkah where they charge 15 Ryals per hour parking Chrges. Wish to live there again.

Stayed for 4 nights with family. Booked a triple bed superior room for four of us. The room is relatively small but was OK for all of us. While the room was manageable, the bathroom was very small and was not of a 4 star standard. Housekeeping was ok, and our rooms were cleaned everyday. Interestingly, for room service (food) and laundry I had to pay in cash instantly and it is a bother as the hotel staff will not have change and you have to wait before they get it. In once instance, the change was given to me the next day after a reminder.
Two good things about the hotel is the location and buffet breakfast. The location is literally a few steps away from the Masjid e Nabawi (which I found as the most beautiful mosque in the world, both inside and outside) and very convenient to be at the mosque at prayer times. There are a number of shops in the 1st two floors of the hotel and a big supermarket (Bin Dawood) at the basement. The buffet breakfast was a huge spread and simply too good.
In Madinah, the eating options seem to be a bit limited but we found a new International Restaurant in the ground floor of the hotel. This restaurant is run by the hotel and open from 4.30-11.30 pm and serves indian, Italian, Turkish, Oriental and Continental cuisines and we found it quite good and reasonable in terms of price.
Overall we had a great stay and probably will stay again due to its location and breakfast though room especially bathroom was a big disappointment.

Stayed here for 2 nights and got upgraded to one of the rooms on Haram Tower (A) which had an excellent view of the Haram Mosque since the hotel was quite occupied. The receptionist of the hotel displayed a very good sense of customer service and professionalism. Wished I had taken his name so that he could be made an example to the rest in the hotel.

The room that I got upgraded to was quite a spacious one with 3 single beds. Everything about it was generally fine except for the shower which was not working properly. Breakfast was quite well-spread and generous with middle eastern and continental european flavours.

On the other hand, the staff at the Coffee Break cafe I thought was very rude especially those behind the pizza and shawarma counter. Customers were made to wait for long after ordering their food without being called or informed if their food are ready or not.

Generally, it is a very good hotel to stay in Medina due to its very close proximity to the Haram Mosque (but so are most of the 5-star hotels there ) but I think the prices are a bit too outrageous.

My family and I stayed at this hotel when we went for Oumra a couple of days ago. The location is amazing, 2 steps away from the Haram. Rooms are spacey, breakfast buffet was amazing, a mall, a have-it-all supermarket located within and shops surrounding made it easier for us to get what we want (simple day to day things to souvenirs for our families). Staff in general were nice, however I stayed there for four days and they failed to provide me with proper wifi connection. The house keeping service, if asked to return later, will probably not come unless you call them.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel due to Haram proximity and general good service.

The Breakfast was amazing with many different varieties available. the location too was ideal as it is 10 metres from the marble. The staff on the Executive floor was also very nice and helpful. i would definitely stay here when i visit next inshallah.

Room Tip: Executive floor offers free snacks and coffee.
