We stayed here before proceeding to Mecca for our umrah. Food was good, rooms well furnished and serviced. staff were very helpful. the best point about this hotel is its location as it is very near to Gate 25, entrance for women and access to Raudah in the Nabawi mosque.. Excellent service all round.

The hotel is an average 3 star hotel, with staff that dont care and are not bothered to assist with your needs from the reception desk, bell boys, maintenance and housekeeping. The hotel was over run by a bunch of thugs and the staff did nothing to stop them. Location is near to haram for salah but a bit of a walk for ladies ziyaret.

Room Tip: Rooms are not as they seem on the pictures, they are much smaller and the bathroom has a tub with shower.

Stayed there for a couple of days in March 2012 with my family. Nice hotel with comfy beds and clean bathroom. They gave water in bottles and small orange cupcakes that tasted so good in the room. I didn't eat their breakfast because my travel was arranged by agent so my family and I always eat the food served by them, but from what I saw the hotel's breakfast was quite diverse.

The hotel's location is near Haram, only approximately 3 mins walk and also near a mall.
