I reserved one room for my clients, 3 weeks before thay arrival. The corrispondence was by e-mail ( 6 times), confirmed with a credit card. The staff speaks english a little bit (really 2 words) and in the fase of reservation was a tragedy.
But the really tragedy was on chech IN( after 10h flying) that my clients had to change the Hotel, it was because the hotel has not availabled. So with reservation confirmed, the guests must find other hotel ( at 2:00 in the night after 10 hours to flying).
It's without excuse!!!
