Everything is ok with the hotel but do not really feel like a good 5 star hotel.
Training is definitely needed in some area :
- no bellboy at the lobby and I needed to wait for a good 5 minutes for someone to help us with the bags
- the housekeeping is pretty sloppy and no turn down service on my 2nd day which is quite disappointing for a Four season brand
- the food at the Chinese restaurant is disappointing but the service provided is very good.More
