This is a solid choice for a quick dimsum meal. Most of the favourites you'd see outside of china are there, plus many small plates you'd only get in china. We got pork intestines 2 different ways, both were yummy. The usual chicken feet, short ribs, rice nodle rolls, amd assorted dumplings and buns.

Yummy food, good value. Recommended.

Went to Wuu's for a late lunch 2pm on a Monday.

The food was good. The sweet and sour pork really good. Though I would prefer that they used pineapple and not tinned peaches.

The fried rice was very good and the swing peas crunchy and tasty.

My real issue was the pork arrived almost immediately, 5 minutes later the peas and a full 20 minutes later the rice. This is not how I enjoy being served. Rather all at the same time or a couple of minutes at best.

The toilets are up two floors in the shopping centre and a good 5 minute journey there and back.

Good food but not the best by a long way.

Thank Joe K

Living in Guangzhou, we go to Wuu's an average of 1-2 times per week. Their menu is very diversed, dishes prepared very authentically, even better than restaurants in Hong Kong. They also offer many traditional dishes which are complicated to prepare. Food quality is consistent and never fails. Having said that, the wonton and shui jiao have slightly slipped vs two years ago. We know all the waiters and every time we visit we feel like going home to eat. The owner owns three outlets in the same mall, the recently opened Chinese dessert shop is a welcomed addition. The only draw back is that the hot pot shop now opens at noon instead of 11:30am.

Great for a late dinner.

We had the a braised intestines dish, and some wonton noodles. Both were yummy, with good flavours.

Will be back again to try the dim sum for lunch next time.

This was the first dim sum restaurant I patronised when I visited Guangzhou. As I was staying nearer towards the Hai Zhu metro station area, I had to switch to a few different metro lines which took around 30mins-1hour before reaching the restaurant. But if you dont mind spending time travelling from the city to this area, you can head to Shipaiqiao (Line 3) metro station and get off from there. The restaurant is situated nearby the Mandarin Oriental hotel, and Tai Koo Hui shopping mall, at a basement below Starbucks. Just look out for the MO hotel (use it as a landmark) and walk towards that direction and you'll soon see the TKH shopping mall as you walk closer. The walk will take you around 5-10mins from the metro station. The next thing to look out for is Starbucks and you'll be able to spot the restaurant located just below it.

The dim sums were pretty good and worth a try especially the pork dumpling with quail egg. I like the porridges as well. Not the cheapest dim sum around but quality wise, it's worth the money you pay.
