At Anima&Core restaurant I finally eaten the real test of Italian food. The Executive Chef Mr Rino made me feel at home, suggesting everyday special dishes cooked in the traditional Italian way. Imported high quality Parma Ham and Salami, amazing Pizza, home made Mozzarella and Cheese, great Italian Wines... Incredible but true, Anima&Core is not expensive!!!

All Italian community is so happy about this new restaurant because the food is high quality starting from ingredients: Olive Oil only Extra Virgin with good acidity (Not Pomace Oil like in many other Italian Restaurants), Pasta is handmade, Pizza ingredients are from Italy starting from the flour and mozzarella, ricotta, sausages are handmade from the chef Rino. Have you tried Italian dessert Sfogliatella or Pastiera?
Price depends on the ingredients (dishes with black truffle or with buffalo mozzarella are for sure more expansive), pasta and pizza are less than others.
Dear friends this is the real Italian Restaurant and we are sure that in few months will be difficult to find a free table.

Friends, i saw a review here below and I have to give some comments too.
well, the place is quite new so no surprice is the affluence of customers is not as good as other well established and well known Italian restaurants in GZ.
for the record, there are 2 emergency exits, one going down to the street and one up to the terrace, where you'll find a second elevator and more indipendant emergency stairs.
I believe the prices are very resonable, expecially if you look at the menu are avarage 10%-20% chepaer then some other Italian (owned and managed) restaurant, and there is not the 10% usual service charge ! (at least the day I am writing).
regarding the food, every person has the right to have their own opinions, but must mean something if a big chunk of the Italian comunity in GZ is going to this restaurant....
Again, the restaurant is not well known yet, but the food is the best in town.
