The staff is incredibly helpful and professional, the place is spotless and looks stunning. We were picked up by a nice lady after our flight landed three hours late (at 3am in the morning). As a gesture of goodwill they upgraded us to a suite; we found this very nice after an unfortunate flight to Guangzhou. The suite was spotless, well stocked, beautiful and extremely comfortable. Check-in and check-out were extremely efficent. The hotel is just outside the arrivals hall. Will definitely stay again in the future if needed.

the reason to stay here because we have to catch a 7am flight. the location is unbeatable, just walk over....this is quite a new hotel but i can already see dirt marks on the carpet. seems that the maintenance of this hotel is not up to the world business traveller standard. the room cost around US$120....just too expensive in this standard. the bed and pillows are very comfortable but i can still hear the sound of the plane in the middle of the night.

Firstly be warned, you have to travel up to the first floor of the terminal from arrivals to access the hotel...go out the main doors and you will be lost!

Very impressive outside and inside...tastefully decorated...

Checking in is so laborious...the last thing you want after a long trip is all the form filling and deposits taken and for them to be so slow...took about 25 minutes all in. Staff are courteous, but not particularly friendly and welcoming...it's not an intimate hotel

Beware of the lifts...there are two sets of them...take the wrong one and you'll be confused as you will be on the right floor, but will not see your room number!

The room is as you would expect for the price, so nothing special there...lovely beds, duvets and pillows though...you just melt into the luxury of it all....make sure you don't drink out of the litre mineral water by mistake...it's about £6 a bottle! On the minus side, the carpet needs steam cleaning as I noticed stains and the shower cubicle has areas of black in between the tiles...needs a good scrub, but overall a nice environment

Breakfast is expensive (115 Yuan), but caters for all you want, with nice background music playing as you eat...the usual 'hovering' of staff are not obtrusive

Overall a good stay and would recommend, as the location takes away all the stress of travelling to the airport and offers a little bit of luxury we should all experience at some time!

When they say 3 minutes from the airport, it is a 3 minute walk. I was met a the arrival gate by a staff member and shown to the hotel. The room was excellent. Being so close to the airport, I thought there might be some noise. It was very quiet. The staff were friendly. The service was fantastic. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I am currently staying in the Pullman Hotel in Guangzhou and so far extremely pleased with this hotel. It's right next to the airport, offering ease of travel across China, but don't let that put you off. The foyer is typically ostentatious however the service check-in was very personable. The rooms are very good, they're clean, comfortable, and extremely quiet plus we were offered a free upgrade to breakfast and wifi (woop!). As one of our party had left their laptop and personal belongings on the train from Shenzhen we thought we would be stuffed, however the reception staff were more than helpful and even collected the laptop bag back from the station (which was over 1.5 hours away!), turning what could have been a very stressful day in to, believe it or not, quite a bit of fun Food is good and reasonably priced and tonight's entertainment was a pair of Russian twins singing James Bond numbers in the bar - quite unexpected! All in all, great for the price and, even if you stay for just one night, well worth it!

Room Tip: It's a simple, Airport hotel with friendly staff and only a brief taxi ride from the centre of Guangzhou
