Unbeatable location, walk across the street to the airport. Service was friendly, but no-one went out of their way to help. Took myself to my room although hotel was fully staffed and I was the only customer. Room needs major attention, stained carpet, tepid not hot water for tub, overhead shower didn't work, had to use hand sprayer balanced on top of overhead to get my head wet only to find out that shower seals where split and water leaked all over bathroom floor. Glass wall between bedroom and bathroom had electric curtain that moaned on its way up and down. Definitely not a 5 star room.

To your maintenance comment, our Engineering and Housekeeping Department is working close together to avoid this incident happen again and check especially these points to get it fixed before the Guest enter the Guest Room.

Located just across from the airport terminal with a dramatic, impressive, huge lobby. The rooms are very comfortable and stylishly modern. Excellent beds. Very good value for money. You can't really ask for more in an airport hotel. Recommended.

The NO.1 in all our Rooms is our unique Pullman Bed with six pillows which everybody loves.

Very convenient for short term business travelers in Guangzhou area. Just drop off the airplane and you're there... but take your time to check-in and check-out... long long time!!!!
Rooms are well equipped but there is always something broken. Maintenance should check it more often.
I use this hotel often and have noticed that the buffet and the breakfast are decreasing the quality and options. Anyhow, you have the airport very close for more options on food and cheaper.
For a Pullman I expected more.

Room Tip: There is some construction close the hotel. They tend to put you there at check-in... avoid those ro...

Our Trip Advisor Members are always interested in brand new reviews and therefore I thank you for giving us your updated comments.

Our Pullman Hotel is right in the middle of the No. 3 busiest Airport in China. The location is perfect only 3 minutes from the Hotel to the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Terminal Hall, so all our guests can spend more time for relaxation or business activities.

it is very important that we creating consistency in all areas for all Guests especially for
Our Loyal Guests.

For your point about the Reception, we training our team to improve the speed of check in and check out and adding members during the peak times to avoid wasting time of our Guests.

The second part is the Maintenance check, we informed already our Engineering Department to arrange routine checks for all our Guest Rooms to guarantee well functioning equipment.

All our Restaurants will increase the variety of dishes and listen more to the Guests wishes to bring more delicious dishes to our buffets at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner to strengthen the Quality.

I arrived at 11 pm on 17th January 2014. The location of the hotel is very convenient it is only 2 minutes walk from Gate 13 Departure Gate of the Airport. After arrive at the door they helped me to carry my bag. The lobby is large, the room is very neat even not big but well designed and nice, everything was nice. I had a lunch in the buffet restaurant the food was delicious. They can compete with the other top hotels in the downtown. If next time I have to wait to long in the airport for the transit flight schedule, definitely i will stay again in this hotel. They deserve to represent Pullman brand. Well done.

The rooms are lean and efficient, you can find all amenities you need as professional traveler.

For all occasions you want to celebrate we make sure that you will always have a great time at our Restaurants “U8” Western restaurant at the first floor, “RIN” Teppanyaki also at the first Floor, and “Tian Yuan” Chinese Restaurant at the second floor, Buffet or a la carte, Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner our variety of dishes are very delicious.

If you are looking for the convenience of an airport location, you cannot beat this one. Heaven within walking distance of the terminals. Perfect place to rest, meet or connect. Western standards with Asian hospitality.

The hotel itself was nice and the staff was friendly. I got home and found out they double charged my credit card and the second charge was double the amount I was supposed to have paid. I called and all they said was they had to "double confirm" they said they would email and after waiting almost 3 hours I have no response. I will never, ever, ever stay there or any other hotel affiliated with them. I hope they are ashamed.
