This is one of the karsk hills that you can climb - by steep stairs. It will give you a workout to get to the top, but it is worth it. You can see several of the waterways (rivers and lakes) in the surrounding area and plenty of other karsk hills in the background. As is common with parks in China there is a fee to enter. This park also features a wind cave, which is quite a pleasure if you visit on a warm day. On the way up to the top you can take a detour to the bird zoo and see peacocks, peahens, ducks and other various birds.
