A good choice in a three star hotel. Rooms spacious, modern bathroom, 24 hour hot water. The rooms are clean. Location is excellent, five minute walk from the Bell Tower, ten minutes from the heart of the Muslim Quarter. Ten minute walk from the terminus of the airport shuttle. The staff speaks very little English. This hotel is better known as the Holiday Apartment Hotel. We got lost looking for the Xi'an Century Landscape Hotel and nobody knew the hotel by that name.

big spacious rooms and bathrooms. from the website and maps, i was led to believe that this hotel was close to muslim street. it is actually about 500m or 10min (extremely brisk) walk from muslim street. the building is shared with 2 other hotels, so the corridors became convoluted and we often took the elevator to the wrong lobby. we were rerouted from the building exterior (around 50m) back to our lobby - it was quite scary in the dark. the corridor lights are sound activated but they only turn on at a certain frequency and some of them have obviously not worked in a while but were not repaired. overall, much recommended for those who are not concerned about being close to muslim street (for halal food) - for comfort and price of the rooms.

Room tip: ask for rooms nest to their elevator.

I stayed at this hotel in October 2010, paid 338 rmb per night for a deluxe business big bedroom. The room was quite large about 40 sq. mt.. The bed was large and very nice with a very firm mattress. There was seating area with a couch and chair and flat screen TV, which swiveled so you could watch it in the seating area or in bed. There was a kitchen in a separate room. The washroom was small, with the basics, but no bath tub. There were 2 airconditioning units which were also heaters. The room was cleaned daily, but bedding was only changed every 3 days. The internet worked and the speed was OK.

The hotel was quite difficult to find. On the outside of the building, it says holiday apartments, and there is no signage in english. You only find the english name after you walk into the hotel lobby, which is very small. The lobby entrance to this hotel is located on north main street which starts at the bell tower. It is located directly across the street from Days Inn Xian city centre, No.99 North Main Street, Lianhu District.

The rate included a buffet breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. The buffet had a wide variety of food, and there was coffee. The restaurant was not heated and many patrons wore coats to breakfast.

The front desk staff had very limited english. I did not see any other caucasians at this hotel during my 4 day stay.
