Great food, very well presented with good flavours. The food served here is not classic Chinese food but rather fusion. Great imagination by the chef using truffles, caviar etc in Chinese dishes and exquisitely presented. Even the beef rib surprised me as it was perfect almost Wagu quality. Good wine list and a few selection of wine by the glass.

The walk from the hotel is lovely crossing the ponds and garden and then along hallways with bridges, water overflowing walls and brilliantly lit final coridor.

Best of all - surprisingly good price for a Four Seasons restaurant. Still expensive for China but very good for a 5 star hotel.

Only wish that they allow guests to bring their own wine even with an offer of a substantial corkage charge they still refuse.

In the category of fine dining, Jin Sha is my favorite Chinese restaurant in mainland China. It looks expensive, but it's not, considering the unparalleled food quality, ambience and service. Some dishes are traditional, but most have a new twist that doesn't take away from the classic dish and only adds a new dimension to it. The taste of food is authentic and the waiter will recommend dishes when you order,

Recommended dishes (I can't remember the exact wording, but it's something along this line.):
1. Main dish: Roasted beef rib (This dish requires a 20-30minute cooking time, but it's worth it to wait.), braised pork with abalone
2. appetizer: Lotus roots stuffed with sticky rice

Chinese dining in a fusion setting. Likes the food, not oily, fresh, a lot of variety. Lunch dim sum price is cheaper.

The food is good , but I think there are so many other good restaurants and good food out in Hangzhou with much cheaper price.

Situated at the Four Seasons hotel, the restaurant overlooks the hotel lake and a small waterfall - really beautiful and peaceful.

The menu was varied with both local and non-local Chinese specialities. The menu was fully bi-lingual and service staff were helpful with the choices. We tried 5 dishes in total including some of the local specialities. All the dishes were fantastic both in taste and presentation.

Service was also very good. Even though the restaurant was quiet, the service was attentive but not intrusive.
