Great food, very well presented with good flavours. The food served here is not classic Chinese food but rather fusion. Great imagination by the chef using truffles, caviar etc in Chinese dishes and exquisitely presented. Even the beef rib surprised me as it was perfect almost Wagu quality. Good wine list and a few selection of wine by the glass.
The walk from the hotel is lovely crossing the ponds and garden and then along hallways with bridges, water overflowing walls and brilliantly lit final coridor.
Best of all - surprisingly good price for a Four Seasons restaurant. Still expensive for China but very good for a 5 star hotel.
Only wish that they allow guests to bring their own wine even with an offer of a substantial corkage charge they still refuse.
