The hotel is GREAT with this cost. and with Great services! I always love JP and always love staying in JP's hotel. The room is quite big, compare to other Japan hotel. Clean and comfy, with great location! So many utilities and gadgets, and especially when you can choose your pillow choice! It's absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel to you all.

This is a really nice hotel within easy walking distance of Sapporo station and most of the city center. You pay with an automated machine in the lobby, which accepts credit cards, but my (American) citibank card caused a fuss and it took them a while to sort it out. You might want to take cash.

The hotel is fairly tall and the room was really nice, with a heavy door that closes over the big windows to black out the room. The bathroom was massive (for a Japanese hotel). Really impressed with the great service and cleanliness of this hotel, would return.

The room I stayed in was small but cosy, it was very clean and tidy. The hotel is in a great location near Yodabashi Camera Store, the railway station lots of bars and restaurants. I have no complaints with this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again when next I'm in Sapporo.

The hotel locates at the heart of the city. It is just so close to the major JR station & the department store Daimaru. The room is not really big but it is clean and tidy. The hotel also provides simple breakfast & free wifi. Overall, I think that JR inn is good enough for budget travel.

The rooms are clean but very small. Breakfast on the ground floor is very basic. Very near to Sapporo JR Station. However, the hotel is situated just next to the train tracks so you can hear the trains in the morning.

JR Inn took me by surprise with its location, so close to the main train station/subway/department stores, all in 5-min walking distance. The room is so clean with simple design and necessary amenities, no more or less. Continental breakfast is not like other US-based business hotels that always come with unhealthy foods -cold bread and eggs with too much butter. There are fresh salad with Japanese dressing,Hokkaido-label milk, farmer's organic yogurt, fresh brew coffee AND yummy breads/toast to heat up at ovens. Also staff service is impeccable! I can't praise enough, a level of VIP service that you only could be served and enjoy in Japan, that no where else in the world could beat the customer service from Japan. It's a very comfortable hotel for you to stay after a day of sightseeing and little tours outside of Sapporo.

The place was full at the start of the annual Snow and Ice Festival yet I was checked in efficiently and with a smile.

The pillow wall where you get to choose the type of pillow you want is a great way to ensure a good nights sleep. The room isn't large but was totally adequate. Clean with a great bathroom and adjustable heating so I was very comfortable.

A quick walk to the JR Station and it is signposted so easy to find even for someone like me who can get lost any where. The hotel is close to everything and convenient to some great eating and shopping places nearby. You can walk to most places undercover virtually all the way.

Breakfast had enough variety so that I was fulfilled. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I was one of a very few westerners and was treated exceptionally well.
