Let's state the bad things first shall we?
-it's really in the middle of nowhere. 15 minutes by subway and 40 minutes by walking from the city center
-had to wait over 40 minutes to get a table and I came before it opened at 11. Almost missed my flight
-it closes on Mondays and RANDOMLY twice a month
The good thing:
-it is the best ramen in Sapporo and probably all of Hokkaido. We're lucky they only charge 750 yen per bowl because they could easily double the price and people would still line up
-the soup is perfect. I don't think I ever drank all of a ramen's soup before until I came here
I recommend the Miso Ramen because the staff recommended it to me and it was what they originally served
