It can be a little tricky to find at first but once you do, you'll find that it's in a great location. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices for everyone and is a nice way to start off your day. The rooms are normal sized for Japan, which means a bit cozy but it has everything you need and is super clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, going beyond what you would normally expect. Had a problem with some noisy neighbors the first night, when we told the front desk the next morning, they offered to switch us to another floor to a room that ended up being a bit nicer. Now that's a sign of a great hotel!

Typical to Japan this single room was tiny. But it was comfortable. The front desk staff were always smiling and very helpful with directions. I did not eat at the restaurant in the hotel. There is a cute little chapel attached to this hotel. Free wifi in the entrance/lobby area.

Room Tip: Ask for non-smoking

Stayed here 3 times as it is convenient for the shinkanzen and it is clean and cheap. Only down side is no opening windows so stuffy. Shame about this.

We arrived a little before check in and reception was happy to hold onto our bags and let us go out and see some of the city. We asked for a non smoking room and got one.

The room itself was small, but clean. The only problem we had with the room was that the window did not open.

The bed was a little soft for me, but had a pretty solid night sleep.

Situation is quite convenient, close to the station and midtown.
There are parties downstairs in a chapelle that are not convenient from a western point of view (catholic).
Rooms were OK, but we had an incident because the bathroom was stuck and smelt terible adn they did not change the room until we claimed several times and took one hour!!!
