We made reservation at Nadaya a week before we arrived in Kobe to make sure we had our spot in the counter. This is one of my favorite restaurant in Kobe!
We ordered the omakase (meaning the chef will decide). The sushi was prepared fresh. Everytime, the master sushi chef puts the sushi on the table, I made sure to eat it immediately to savor the freshness. It was a parade of delicately prepared sushi with different fresh fish. We then ended the dinner with round 2 for several of our favorite like the Hokkaido Uni Sushi; the Toro negi roll.
The restaurant is a 5-minute near the Hanshin Shinzaike station.
