Same as other Citadines Aparthotels (like Tokyo Shinjuku one), this kind of accomodations are perfect for european travellers who appreciate spacious and clean rooms, and an in-room kitchen to have a break of japanese food every now and then while in Japan.
Rooms are bigger than the japanese standard, they have a separate bath sink and a closed bathroom/shower. The kitchen is fully-equiped and it allows you to cook *anything* (breakfast, dinner, prepare sandwiches, etc.) and with a quite spacious fridge. The wardrobe has enough space for two people.
Wi-fi signal in the room (with its own router).
Very attentive and useful reception staff (transportation, sightseeing, etc.).
Great location: 1 subway stop from Kyoto main Station (or 15 mins walk), and next to main sightseeing spots of Kyoto such as Sanjūsangen-dō and Pontocho/Gion streets.
Convenient stores next to the hotel (7-11/Fresco), open 24h.
Very comfty hotel so one can afford a busy week in Kyoto (visiting the city itself and the surroundings - Nara, Hiroshima, Osaka, Fujimi Inari or Himeji).More
