This is a brand new hotel so you feel that clean newness. Still feels like they're getting the hang of it but they do strive to meet all your needs. sometimes there was a language barrier when ordering something from your room.
One time our breakfast took a really long time when we were checking out but they didn't charge us for it so they do make up for their mistakes if there is one.
The lobby restaurant service is quite slow.
The bathrooms and rooms and very conveniently set up and it's up to date tech wise without being too annoying.
The Main shopping street was walking distance. We loved the Kyoto vibe and this hotel was an easy pleasant place to stay in.
