I stayed at this hotel on a two-day tour to Kamikochi and Kurobe Tateyama. The staffs are very nice and friendly. They speak basic English and very helpful. The food was a buffet style for both dinner and breakfast. A wide range of choices from Chinese, Japanese, to western. The room itself was a little bit outdated but it was quite big, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There are a big bathroom and hot spring as well on the third floor. Lots of group tourists were staying at this hotel but it was a good stay for a short mountain escape.
