Good location near a metro station, just 1 stop from Shin-Osaka JR station. Wifi is fast and works everywhere, nice staff as well.

Beware if you are about to book a smoking room like I did. I've been smoking for 10 years but the smell was extreme. The room literally smells like an ashtray. You do get used to it after a while though. I would stay here again.

The staff were helpful and friendly. My main issue was with the very odd smell in the room (coffee? Or mould?!) and the TINY bed and room in general. The location was pretty good and easy to get around. I'm glad we only stayed two nights though, any longer in that space would have made me too claustrophobic!!!! The bed is seriously not for two people. It was barely larger than a single! Definitely get what you pay for here :)

Stayed in a non-smoking room in June. Rooms were small, but in comparison to those that I have stayed in Tokyo - this was definitely more spacious. We had free wifi in the room we got and it was relatively fast! Room service was good as well and rooms were cleaned throughout the whole stay. Counter staff were helpful as well, even though their english speaking staff were limited. Keys have to be returned and retrieved from the counter whenever you go out of the hotel.
Location is relatively good, 10 mins walk from the subway station (currently under renovation) and convenient stores nearby (lawsons, family mart and LIFE supermarket), there definitely weren't any problems getting food etc. From the subway station - Nishinakajimaminamigata, you can easily get to most of the major sightseeing spots.

The rooms are pretty small but packed with all you can expect from a Japanese business hotel. We got a non-smoking room and it was ok. Fast check-in and check-out, good enough LAN internet connection (no free wifi available, at least in the room we got). It is located within walking distance of Shin-Osaka station (10-15 minutes) which serves Shinkansen services to/from Kyoto, Hiroshima, Himeji, etc. We used this hotel as a base to visit Kyoto, which is a measly 15 minutes away.
Be aware though that this hotel isn't near the main tourist spots in Osaka, although they are easily accessible using the subway system (station less than 3 blocks away).

Room Tip: It is located right next to train tracks, so try to get a room facing the other side of the hotel.

Not that much to add to other reviews.
Got a non smoking room and this was fine.
Room size is on the small side.
Staff is reasonably helpful.
Didnt try breakfast of sauna.
Location is very good - it looks like its out of town, but its close to the subway from where you can get to Namba in 15 mins.
Convenient for trains to Kyoto from Shin Osaka.

Room Tip: seems like non smoking is important. Stayed on 9th floor, was nice, no issues with noise from train...

Great location, less than 1 minute to check in, good onzen on the 2nd floor (for gents only) and good breakfast. Staff go out of the way to assist, fast lift thou limited tv programme. 1 minute walk to convenient stall but Internet speed is just average. No shops around as surrounded by apartments. Will be back if going to Osaka again.

Room Tip: Ask for higher floor to avoid the train sound which is besides the hotel

This hotel is a Japanese business hotel. I think that's the first thing you must remember. There'll always be japanese businessmen in suits walking in and out of the hotel and at night, especially on the second floor at night where there's masssage chairs and Japanese bath(which is for men only, I think). The room was okay. It's bigger than the hotel I stay in Tokyo. It even has a small wardrobe and a small armchair. Air freshener was provided. Shampoo was provided in the bathroom - a good one at that. It was called Tsubaki which is a line from Shiseido, a well-known cosmetic company. The toilet has the fancy toilet that warm the seat automatically.
The hotel location is pretty nice. There're convenience stores and food places around. A few minutes walk to the train station. (there're 2 lines) so it's pretty easy to get everywhere.
If I didn't book the wrong room type (I don't smoke but my friend booked smoking room cuz it's the only one available) I might enjoy the stay more. The first few day was spent pretty uncomfortably with cigarette smells everywhere.
I didn't have hotel food so I don't know how it's like.

Room Tip: This hotel provide both Smoking and non-smoking rooms. Unless you actually smoke, or fine with roo...
