I was travelling with my mom. Our room type was Small Double room, as per our request, we got a non-smoking room and on the opposite side of the main road. The room was tiny and not at all comfortable, especially, if you travel with a luggage. In our case, our solution was to open it once a day to pick some clothes, then, close it and put it upright to free more space or keep it open and stow it beneath the bed. Comparing to the room itself, the bathroom was quite dated, though, it was clean. There was a pajamas provided which the guests can put on and walk around the hotel but we didn't do that because it looked old and worn out. The late night free ramen served at the canteen was ok. Otherwise, there is also a convenient store next to the hotel entrance. The staffs whom we met speak fluent English and were willing to help.

The location is perfect because this hotel is near the big city centre with all the shops! However staying at this place for a couple of days, it's fine but no more. The matelasse is really hard, there is a tiny bathroom and the fridge didn't work. But the price is reasonable, around 50 australian dollars.

This hotel is located in a great area. If you are from London then imagine this place is the equivalent of cool Camden whereas the main tourist area of Nishishinsaibashi would be the Oxford Street touristy area.

The room itself is small but it's fine, we're here on a romantic night out and the adjustable low level lighting sets the mood :)

There is a public bath in the hotel (it's not public it's just for guests) and if you haven't tried public bath then now is your chance, it is included in the price. In the mens there is a sauna, plunge pool, hot pool and hot exterior exposed pool. If you are unsure of etiquette, here's the low down. Go in, if you're intuitively minded you may be able to put your room key in the key locker which is all computerized in japanese, I managed to figure it so you may too (I am extremely clever though ;) , take all your clothes off and leave them in the baskets, go through and shower at the sit down shower points then that's it you're ready. Take your small towel to cover your bits in the sauna, otherwise it's the same as any gym or pool showers at home, everyone's naked. Before jumping in the plunge pool after a sauna just throw a few buckets of water over yourself before getting in, just to wash the sweat off, there are small tubs/buckets by eachpool. The plunge pool is lovely, go for it!

The only issue I had with hotel was the sleeping... It was windy last night and quite literally the bed was moving quite a bit :o I don't know if that's some earthquake resistant architecture or the fact we're on the 9th floor, probably a combination of the two but quite seriously the bed was shaking.

Nice little breakfast buffet in the morning to round things off (after another sauna and bath of course)

We booked the hotel basically because of the central location and as it offered one of the Japanese hot springs within the hotel area for free.

The rooms are a little small (guess that's normal for Japan) but super handy. All we needed was in place, even an universal charger for Ipad, Samsung etc. WIFI was for free and superfast, no annoying logon process at all. Me and my girlfriend felt very comfortable and relaxed in our room.

The hotel itself is pretty new and located 10min walk from JR Namba station which is a good connection to the Airport. From the hotel just a 5 minute walk and you are in Dontoburi area with lots of restaurants and a little further a nice shopping street, offered all you might be interested.

We have had an amazing weekend in Osaka and because we liked the Hotel so much decided to pay for a day longer (Japan doesn't know late check out)instead for further sightseeing, have a relaxing day until we have to take off for our night flight. We really just can recommend that place!

The hotel itself was not bad and it was conveniently located. My problem with this hotel was that half of the rooms face a busy highway. There is a noise blocking panel but it was still noisy. Also when there would be a big truck (which was often) my room would shake. I was only there for 2 days but It drove me crazy. I didn't sleep that well either. I booked another hotel for my next Osaka trip because I don't want to risk having a room facing the highway again.

This is a great location and not very expensive for Osaka. Right in the Dotomburi/America Mura area, several blocks walk from JR Namba station but you should blow off the JR system in Osaka and get a pay card deal with discount express from KIX instead.

Easy to find because it's next to a building with a big bowling pin on top! Convenience store and good restaurants nearby.

We got a small double room and it is very small. After the double bed there is hardly any floor space unless you crawl over the bed to the window alcove. Photos posted.

The bed is firm and the pillows had one side stuffing and one side buckwheat hills or something. So you can pick - but they're not fluffy.

Didn't have time to try the bath but photos look nice. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious (though I'm still not sure if it was included or not, though we asked and were given tickets).

When we checked in there was an English speaking clerk at the desk but at checkout time the man had only a few words.
