We stayed here for 7 days and felt the room was well fitted, although a bit weird having a window peering into the bathroom and with sight of the toilet by the bed. TV was in an awkward location, and desk seemed very big for the size of the room.

Service was good, and when we placed our room on Do Not Disturb a care package of towels, water and other things was greatly appreciated. If you do go here as a holiday destination I’m not sure if I would recommend it fully.

Location appeared great for business users, but we used this hotel as a base to go around Kyoto and Hiroshima in those days. The issue we felt was that connections to Shin-Osaka were not as great as other areas might get. It’s also a decent walk to Dotonburi.

We did stay at the hotel during the recent 6.1 Magnitude Earthquake, and felt that the hotel could have done more to help guests. The elevators had a crude drawn piece of paper over the buttons saying exit, and no staff were to be seen to reassure anyone for what was an earthquake that did sadly kill a few people.

This hotel was just what we needed. Very simple and quiet. The staff is very nice. Location is great. 7-11 (or as they called it 7 & iholdings,) literally right across the street. Restaurants everywhere, close to the station. My family enjoys walking and exploring, and it’s a 35 min walk to Dotonbori and Osaka Castle. They have ice machines, vending machines, a combo washer / dryer all in one machines coin operated. (These are located on certain floors.) Also comes with necessities like hair brushes, tooth brush/ paste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, razors, etc. Mini fridge, and a safe where you could store items in your room.

The hotel was really nice though the rooms were on the smaller side. This was one of our more expensive overnight stays whilst touring Japan, didn't think that it warranted the uplift from what we had received throughout the country.
If we had one gripe it would be that the hotel is difficult to find using the public transport system, and the hotels website doesn't really help that much.
We would probably look for a cheaper more central location next time.

Clean, decent and quiet hotel next to Kitahama station, a few stations away from the bustling Namba area.

Rooms are small but that's normal for most hotels in Japan.

Had a pleasant 3 nights stay here.

Location of this hotel is near Kitahama Station. Take the supermarket escalator, and exit from the station, as this is the nearest to the hotel.
There is a 7 eleven opposite the hotel where you can get everything but it is cheaper to get from the supermarket upon your return from the station.

Overall, its a 5 star experience. Surrounding is quiet, Room is clean, bed is comfortable and amenities are great. We brought our own spa powder, so the bath tub was a bonus to be able to soak in. They even gave us the English papers in the mornings which is not a norm for hotels in Japan. Will definitely return.
