Great Location, close to transport ,shopping and great places to eat. It was nice to have some room to move after staying in smaller hotel rooms. There was everything we needed to make a comfortable stay. Washer/dryer, fridge, cooking facilities. Staff could speak English and were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located right opposite the airport express. You can just walk there in 2 mins. It is also nearby Takasiyama Dept store , which is the largest I have seen relative to Tokyo.
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment for 5 nights.

Room Tip: stay higher floor to get a better view

Perfect location with access to direct train to and from airport. Apartment great for extended stay where there is a kitchenette and washer/dryer. Breakfast included was adequate but only 3 choices otherwise there are a lot of food choices nearby. Overall a comfortable satisfied stay.

We chose to stay there for 3 nights after reading all the great reviews on tripadvisor and we were not disappointed. The room or "unit" is massive by Japanese standard, you get everything you ever needed from an apartment,e.g. 2 in 1 washer/dryer, 2 separate air-conditioning systems (one in sleeping room and one in living.kitchen area), induction cook top equipped with all cutlery and cooking utensils, a rather big fridge etc. Some very minor negatives are that the bathroom ceiling was lower compared to the entire room ceiling making it feel like a cabin bathroom and the living room couch was not very comfortable as you can't rest your head while watching TV, other than that, all is superb! Brekky was adequate too. The location is also brilliant as it's just opposite Namba Nankai subway station, also a short stroll from Namba JR station, plus proximity to shopping district and fanous foodies heaven like Dotonburi.

Room Tip: Higher floor if you want a better city view.

The Fraser Residence was a great place to stay. The rooms are basically mini-apartments and are pleasant places to be in. The bedroom was separated from the common area/living room which afforded a little more privacy and quiet. The living room had a desk and chair and a TV. The mini kitchen was adjacent with hot burners and a fridge.

The staff at the front desk was polite but frequently busy. They seemed rather insular and when comparing experiences in Japan, this was out of place as service is usually effusively courteous, polite, and attentive.

Breakfast was just okay. As it was included, they give you three options in the restaurant adjacent to the hotel to include typical western, 'healthy,' and Japanese style. Since we stayed 5 days, we started to compare breakfasts to airline meals. You only get one serving of juice out of the serving pitchers or else they charge you more.

All in all, the room allowed us to be fully rested and enjoy our 'down time' from being on the go. Just for that alone, if I went back to Osaka, this would be my first pick to return to.

Room Tip: Ask the staff or when making a reservation, include special requests. They acknowledged and complie...

Centrally located, beside the subway, big rooms with a full kitchen, separate living room and dining room

Good service, nice Tapas restaurant beside it

Highly recommended, try it - you will definitely enjoy the convenience of a great location and a big space since hotels in Japan are quite small - it is like an apartment.

Room Tip: Get a corner room - it is WoW

This is the perfect hotel - value for money, convenience, accessible, clean, and everything works. It is so easily accessible from the airport - once you are about to reach the hotel, the logo of Fraser's is visible through the left window of the train. While it is smacked right in the centre of the Nankai area which means that if you wish to travel north to the Hankyu area for shopping, it warrants taking a train.

This is a must stay if you are not looking for frills, value for money service. Do not expect a St Regis treatment with the bell hops, fluffy towels, and designer toiletries.

So when you visit Osaka, think Fraser's!

Room Tip: We had a one bed room plus living room. It was located by the corner and was relatively quiet. There...
